Terms of Service
The binding legal agreement governing your access to and use of GoCrush mobile applications, features, and subscriptions.
In compliance with the IT Rules 2021, any legal notice, complaint, or privacy inquiry should be addressed to:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, registering for, or using GoCrush, you enter into a legally binding contract with GoCrush Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must immediately uninstall the application and cease all use.
2. Eligibility (Strictly 18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use GoCrush. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have never been convicted of a felony or sexual offense, and are not barred from using our service under any applicable law.
3. Account Security & Verification
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, genuine, and current profile information.
- Never share your account credentials or allow any other individual to operate your account.
- Undergo facial liveness verification if prompted by our automated safety systems.
- Notify us immediately at gocrush83@gmail.com if you detect any unauthorized access.
4. Community Rules & Prohibited Conduct
GoCrush maintains a zero-tolerance policy against toxic, abusive, predatory, or illegal behavior. You strictly agree NOT to:
Bullying, stalking, intimidating, or promoting hate against any individual or group.
Any interaction with or sharing of material involving minors. Instant permanent ban & police referral.
Scamming, cryptocurrency solicitation, selling adult services, or promoting third-party commercial links.
Using photos of celebrities or other people without legal authorization.
5. GoCrush Gold Subscriptions & Billing
GoCrush offers premium recurring subscription memberships (“GoCrush Gold” and “GoCrush Platinum”) as well as consumable virtual features (such as “SuperCrush” and “Profile Boosts”).
- Billing Channel: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective billing terms.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their statutory digital purchase refund policies.
6. User Content & Platform Rights
You retain ownership of the photos, biographies, and messages you upload. By posting content to GoCrush, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and format your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our matching service.
7. Account Suspension & Nuclear Wipe
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently delete any account that violates our safety guidelines or Terms of Service without prior notice. If you choose to delete your account yourself, our automated Nuclear Wipe process permanently expunges your records within 30 days.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
GOCRUSH IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT CONDUCT FORMAL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY MATCH WILL RESULT IN A SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIP. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS BOTH ONLINE AND IN PERSON.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jharkhand, India.
