Rule 3(2) Information Technology Rules 2021 compliance:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, registering for, or using GoCrush, you enter into an agreement with GoCrush Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the app.
2. Eligibility (Strictly 18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use GoCrush. Minors are barred from registering. Suspected underage accounts are immediately terminated.
3. Account Security & Verification
You agree to provide accurate, genuine profile information, never share your login credentials, and undergo 3D selfie verification when requested by our safety systems.
4. Rules of Conduct
Bullying, stalking, intimidation, or hate speech results in an immediate ban.
Zero tolerance for child exploitation. Immediate lifetime ban and police referral.
Soliciting money, cryptocurrency, or selling commercial products is prohibited.
Catfishing or using photos of other people without authorization is barred.
5. GoCrush Gold Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed securely through Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the cycle end. You can cancel anytime directly in your phone settings.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate community rules. You may also delete your account at any time with our automated Nuclear Wipe.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
GoCrush is provided on an “as is” basis. Users are responsible for exercising caution and common sense when interacting with people online and meeting in person.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jharkhand, India.
