Rule 3(2) Information Technology Rules 2021 compliance:
1. Zero-Tolerance CSAE Policy
GoCrush is committed to maintaining a safe environment. We enforce an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any activity that harms minors.
Any account suspected of producing, distributing, or attempting to solicit material involving minors is immediately terminated and reported to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and law enforcement authorities.
2. Strict 18+ Age Limits
GoCrush is designed only for adults aged 18 years and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts. Suspected accounts must undergo age verification or face permanent suspension.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Exploitation (CSAE).
- Sexualization, grooming, or solicitation of minors.
- Human trafficking involving minors.
- Sharing or promoting illegal material involving children.
4. Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report profiles or messages inside the app by tapping ⋯ > Report User > Underage Concern. Reports are expedited for immediate review.
5. Law Enforcement Escalation
We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection agencies (including Childline 1098 and the Cyber Crime portal) when required by applicable laws.
