1. Zero-Tolerance CSAE / CSAM Policy
GoCrush is deeply committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment. We enforce an absolute, non-negotiable zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, predatory behavior, trafficking, or any activity that harms minors.
Any account suspected of producing, distributing, facilitating, or attempting to access child abuse material or engage minors is immediately permanently terminated, banned across all device identifiers, and reported to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, local law enforcement agencies, and international child protection bodies.
2. Strict 18+ Age Restriction
GoCrush is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. Minors are not permitted to register, browse, or communicate on the platform.
- Minimum Age Requirement: Exactly 18 years old on the date of account creation.
- Automated Screening: Accounts flagged for suspected underage activity are immediately locked pending biometric liveness verification.
- Instant Removal: Any confirmed minor profile is permanently wiped with zero persistent record.
3. Comprehensive Prohibited Conduct
Creation, transmission, storage, or solicitation of sexual material involving minors.
Attempting to establish inappropriate contact with or solicit intimate media from a minor.
Any facilitation, advertising, or participation in child trafficking or exploitation.
Using GoCrush services to bypass parental safety controls or promote underage substance abuse.
4. Automated & Proactive Detection
We employ a layered defense system combining automated computer vision, text filtering, and human trust & safety moderation teams:
- Pre-upload Media Scanning: Profile images and shared media are scanned against prohibited databases.
- Conversational Safety Filters: Natural language processing algorithms detect predatory patterns and inappropriate keyword prompts.
- 24/7 Human Review Queue: High-priority escalation queue for safety reports handled by dedicated trust officers.
5. In-App Reporting Channels
GoCrush provides prominent, easy-to-access in-app reporting tools on every profile card and chat thread:
To report a profile or safety issue in the app:
- Tap the three dots (⋯) on the top right of the user's profile or chat.
- Select Report User.
- Choose Underage / Child Safety Concern.
- Provide any additional context and tap Submit. The account is immediately hidden from your view and dispatched for priority review.
6. Law Enforcement Cooperation
GoCrush cooperates fully with national and international law enforcement authorities, including the Ministry of Home Affairs Cyber Crime Division, local state police, INTERPOL, and designated child protection organizations. Critical audit logs, device signatures, and account identifiers are preserved and delivered in compliance with applicable law.
7. User Community Responsibilities
Maintaining an authentic, safe dating platform is a shared community responsibility. Every user is expected to report suspicious profiles immediately, refrain from sharing inappropriate content, and never impersonate minors.
