- Profile Details: Photos, biography, education, occupation, and lifestyle prompts.
- Verification Selfies: 3D liveness selfie data to prevent bots and catfish accounts.
- Messages: Encrypted text and media sent to mutual matches.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Approximate Location: GPS coordinates (with consent) to calculate distance to matches. Pinpoint coordinates are never shown to others.
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, and network connection type.
3. Why We Process Your Data
- Matchmaking: Connecting you with compatible singles nearby.
- Safety & CSAE Prevention: Scanning and proactive moderation to prevent harassment and abuse.
- Subscriptions: Managing GoCrush Gold features via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Customer Support: Resolving user queries and reports.
5. Data Retention & The Nuclear Wipe
When you initiate an account deletion, our backend executes a permanent Nuclear Wipe. All personal profile records, photos, selfies, chat histories, and matches are permanently expunged within 30 days.
6. Your Global Privacy Rights
Under India IT Act, GDPR, and CCPA, you have the right to access your stored data, correct inaccurate details, and request immediate permanent erasure.
7. Security & Encryption Standards
All communications are encrypted using 256-bit TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest, protected by strict database security rules.
