How to permanently delete your GoCrush profile, photos, and messages with complete data erasure.

Rule 3(2) Information Technology Rules 2021 compliance:
1. Account Deletion Policy
At GoCrush, you have full sovereignty over your personal data. You can delete your account at any time directly through the app settings or via this web portal.
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your profile, photos, selfies, active matches, and conversations are cryptographically wiped and cannot be restored.
2. How to Delete in the Mobile App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the GoCrush mobile app:
- Open the GoCrush app on your device.
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom menu.
- Tap the Settings icon (⚙).
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision to permanently erase all records.
3. What Happens (Nuclear Wipe)
Phone number, email, and authentication tokens are removed.
Name, bio, prompts, and lifestyle tags are erased from Firestore.
All photo buckets and 3D facial verification records are purged.
Active matches and past conversation histories are wiped clean.

5. GDPR & India IT Act Rights
Under Article 17 of EU GDPR (Right to Erasure) and Rule 3 of the India Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, all user records not required for active fraud prevention are erased within 30 days.
