Our shared principles of respect, honesty, and empathy that keep GoCrush authentic and enjoyable for everyone.
In compliance with the IT Rules 2021, any legal notice, complaint, or privacy inquiry should be addressed to:
1. The GoCrush Ethos
GoCrush is founded on the belief that dating should be empowering, respectful, and genuine. When you join GoCrush, you agree to treat every member with kindness, honor boundaries, and represent yourself truthfully.
2. Photo & Profile Standards
- Recent, clear photos showing your face clearly.
- Pictures of hobbies, pets, travels, and genuine interests.
- Completed 3D selfie liveness verification badge.
- Nudity, sexually explicit, or pornography content.
- Photos of children or minors, even if they are your relatives.
- Pictures of celebrities, stock images, or copyrighted material.
3. Respect, Consent & Harassment
No means no. Harassment, unwanted sexual messages, persistent stalking, non-consensual sharing of personal contact numbers, and extortion will result in an immediate lifetime ban.
4. Scams, Solicitations & Commercial Use
GoCrush is exclusively for personal dating and romance. You may not use GoCrush to:
- Promote commercial businesses, YouTube channels, or social media handles for followers.
- Ask other users for money, loans, or cryptocurrency investments.
- Advertise escorting or paid companionship services.
5. Hate Speech & Discrimination
We celebrate diversity. Content or messages attacking individuals based on caste, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, or disability is strictly prohibited.
6. Three-Strike Policy & Permanent Bans
Minor guideline infractions receive warnings. Severe violations (such as safety threats, underage attempts, harassment, or financial scams) bypass warnings and trigger immediate device-level permanent banning and police escalation.
