Rule 3(2) Information Technology Rules 2021 compliance:
1. The GoCrush Ethos
GoCrush is built on the foundation that online dating should be authentic, respectful, and safe. When you join, you agree to treat every member with kindness, honor boundaries, and represent yourself honestly.
2. Photo Standards
- Recent, clear photos showing your face.
- Pictures of hobbies, pets, and travels.
- Completed 3D selfie liveness check.
- Nudity or sexually explicit content.
- Photos of children or minors.
- Pictures of celebrities or copyrighted media.
3. Respect & Consent
No means no. Harassment, unwanted sexual advances, persistent stalking, non-consensual sharing of personal numbers, or extortion will result in an immediate lifetime ban.
4. No Scams or Commercial Solicitations
GoCrush is exclusively for personal romance. Asking users for money, loans, cryptocurrency, or promoting third-party commercial links is strictly prohibited.
5. Enforcement & Lifetime Bans
Severe violations (including harassment, financial scams, or underage access) bypass warnings and trigger immediate device-level permanent bans.
